We are conveniently located in Bethesda, MD, and Alexandria, VA, easily accessible from most of the DMV area. We partner with our patients to relieve pain and improve function quickly, safely, and effectively, using evidence-based diagnostic and treatment plans and a patient-centered approach to care. Our treatments are never a “cookie cutter'', and each patient receives an individual treatment plan.
Our center was founded by Dr. Shahinyan, to provide quality care to people in the nation’s Capital and the surrounding communities who are afflicted with acute or chronic pain. Aram Shahinyan, MD is a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management physician. He is fellowship-trained in pain management at the Cleveland Clinic, the oldest and largest academic pain management department in the United States.
Dr. Shahinyan brings his extensive knowledge and uses the latest techniques available in pain management to Lighthouse Spine Center for the benefit of his patients. He has gained recognition for his empathetic methods and unwavering dedication to providing ethical patient care, emphasizing comprehensive therapies to reduce reliance on narcotic medications.
